Hunt Homes is a registered Tarion Builder, ensuring that your investment in your new home is protected.

Your new home will be required to meet or surpass the structural requirements and health and safety standards of the Ontario Building Code. It will also be protected  and backed by the Tarion Warranty.

All builders in Ontario are required to provide new home warranty coverage, but they must also be registered with Tarion and enroll every new home prior to the start of construction.

Tarion is also responsible for managing a guarantee fund to ensure that the builder’s warranty will be honored, and enforcement.

All new Hunt Homes are protected by the Tarion Warranty in several ways that give you the extra peace of mind when making your purchase.
